The new owners have horrible communication with rules and regulations but the landlord is nice had a renovation recently that was very botched we ended up having to moving all our stuff out early with out any help or notice both we were told we would get after that are temporary apartment had black mold in the fridge and freezer and it was discovered that multiple apartments had black mold is certain areas and I doubt it got taken care of properly as the head of construction for the renovation was litterly taking anybody who could make the job faster regardless of experiencenOn top of that the new owners are suddenly making decisions that make no sense with no explanation for example we live In a upstairs apartment and have had an ac in the back of are apartment for about 2 summers now reason its not up front is we got told it was to tacky now just today I was told we need a medical reason to have it in and if we didnt remove it we would be written up no notice as to when the rules changed My aunt who has also lived here for many years was told shed be written up because her childs patio toys were spilling off the patio well the reason thier spilling off her patio is because the construction people who the new owners hired never put a new railing on her patio multiple other apartments with patios still dont have railings and the construction was last summer this place needs better communication until then this is the very last place Id recommend giving money and living more ... hide ...
