Obviously in financial trouble Poorly managed and maintained Lawn sprinkler system broken for 2 years grass dead or dying Plenty of weeds and broken and uneven sidewalks Snow and ice removal almost nonexistent If appliances break they are swapped between other apartments Major repairs take weeks including water heaters heating and AC After 1st year tenan 2018-08-20T17:49:32Z

I will never recommend this place to anybody The staff is very unprofessional Dont care too much about safety The whole company sucksthey had my son and i wait 3 hours for keys to my apartment After they said they didnt know where they were If you want a safe place for your family this isnt the place or the people Such a shame they still in business they don 2019-03-09T12:23:11Z
