The new landlord was in office for not even 2 days and gave an eviction notice to a family of 3 tenants without knowing any of the prior circumstances She based it off of the emotional support animal that the 3 have and said there were no documents to allow the dog which were given to the previous landlord After she couldnt find them without giving the tenan 2021-03-03T20:12:13Z
The new landlord was in office for not even 2 days and gave an eviction notice to a family of 3 tenants without knowing any of the prior circumstances She based it off of the emotional support animal that the 3 have and said there were no documents to allow the dog which were given to the previous landlord After she couldnt find them without giving the tenants time to provide ANOTHER set of documents for the dog she gave them one day to move out Which legally speaking all tenants have 730 days to retrieve their stuff and leave After she already gave the 30 day notice which ends on March 22nd she made it shorter and gave the family 1 day Then the day comes which is today and they were supposed to have until 4pm The landlord changed the locks and locked the dog inside with no one to look after her or give her water The family cant get in and grab their things and she refuses to talk to the older brother of the lease holder and is threatening to call the cops if they dont vacate the premises She is manipulative and disrespectful I do NOTTT RECOMMEND LIVING IN CENTENNIAL PARK APARTMENTS more ... hide ...

Nice clean place Great for those like myself that need low income housing with utilities included I have to keep cool to keep my chronic pain down This place is good for mennThe management is good The tenants are typically nice and helpfulnnThey got top honors this year 2016 in the local media

Decent income based apartments usually fast to get into an apartment for the most part its quiet but beware that there are a lot of kids here that like to bully My kids cant even play outside without being picked on by multiple kids Other than that the property manager Mary is absolutely amazing and she will do whatever she can to help get you into a apartme 2021-06-10T18:07:18Z

Gabe and Delilah have been extremely helpful throughout the application process Because this property is incomebased we needed more papers than usual My girlfriend and I were missing some proof of income but they were able to work with us in order to ensure highest chances of approvalnnIt seems like a lot of the reviews on here mention lack of communication 2021-04-26T17:43:09Z

Upon moving in this was a decent complex Unfortunately as time went on more issues would come up This is a terrible apartment complex plagued with issues from discovering mold in our unit to never getting things repaired There were always loud neighbors safety issues potholes in the parking lot poor living conditions ie continuous mold growth leaking window 2021-09-02T02:30:42Z
