The only reason I selected a star is because the option to post this comment was not offered until I did I lived in these apartments now known as Skyline for 6 years When Dover owned it the management was good Since Selden took it over the management is not so good It seems they do all they can to make life hard on the residents For example they will not give a receipt when a resident pays their rent Since many residents are on Social Security andor Disability this causes problems when they have to utilize a help agency in the Norfolk area or proof of residence to even get a library card Also no one ever answers the office or maintenance phones When I lived there the Police called my apartment to let them in to handle an emergency because they had no way to contact Management I suggest if you are interested in renting an apartment at 1204 W Norfolk Avenue you speak with someone currently lives there and although grandfathered in is forced to smoke outside even when it is blistering cold and ask them how it is to live there I have since moved into a wonderful apartment setting where the Management is readily available to assist with any issue that pertains to the apartment Good Luck more ... hide ...

I lived here an moved out an I came back I lived here for 4 years an never had a bug an as bed bugs thats all over I like the workers here never had a problem with them they are very sweet whats wrong is that some dont follow rules
