i would give this place 0 stars if i could the maintenance team doesnt respond to any work orders i went into the the office and told them that there was mold growing in our apartment and they havent taken any steps to help get rid of it left our gas running in our stove for months cause they couldnt be bothered to fix it when brought up to management they claimed it was because of a change in management but that was months ago aside from the health hazards there is never truly any silence in my building they had the nerve to have my car towed without any warning but cant fix the entrance door for any of the apartments everything inside is as cheap as possible and on the verge of falling apart which im paying 1500mo for the privilege to live among squalor this place is terrible 010 dont even consider applying more ... hide ...

Im a new resident and my application and movein experience have been great My leasing agent Bridget has been very helpful and informative at each step in the process and she patiently explained everything I needed to do Id had a rough few weeks with my return to Omaha and I very much appreciate her assistancennTo top that off Ive already had a good interaction with apartment maintenancennRick the maintenance man who came by to take care of my broken thermostat gave excellent service I want to emphasize that Rick was professional and very efficient at making the repair He was also a real pleasure to talk to softspoken and polite and he came across as a decenr hardworking guy I dont know what youre paying him but you should pay him more and hold onto him because hes really good at his jobnnRick was at my apartment soon after I called to report a defective thermostat which I greatly appreciated since the forecast predicts cold weather tonight and even colder weather in the coming days My thermostat would either not work at all or was unable to sustain heating last night was pretty uncomfortable for me even with a lot of blankets He quickly replaced the bad thermostat with a newer one and now my apartment is warm and comfortablennKevin White more ... hide ...

The office lady Kelly V is theeeee most kindsweetwarmthoughtfuland is just the biggest gem to meet and work with The apartments just got updated and they look amazing They have theyre fair share of types that are ghetto and dirty just like anywhere else but they try to nip the dirty people or dis respectful people in the butt right away so its a great place 2022-01-06T02:35:19Z
