If youre looking for a rental and also to waste massive amounts of time I highly suggest you look here Here was my experience I went to look at the apartment that I found online listed as first month completely free and really liked it After this I filled out all the paperwork to get the place and confirm the deposit and free month rent as the article was listed with no disclaimer no astrict nothing like that but they told me that actually this is only on approved credit and Id only be eligible for 400 off the first month I decided whatever I will continue the process I get a call a few days later being told Im approved and to come fill out some tax credit paperwork which no information was provided on once I make the time to do so fill out an entirely overly invasive amount of paperwork I get a call telling me I have like four more steps of approval and this and that I just said forget it Im not sure why you wouldnt have all the paperwork completed in one setting first and foremost But the lack of professionalism and clear communication was a joke Ive lived lots of places and never went through anything so crazy Avoid this place its not even in the greatest neighborhood anyways if you drive down the street about 3 blocks literally almost every building has boarded up windows more ... hide ...
