Do not rent from this place and I repeat never rent from this place If you are a resident that has paid rent on time every month and you pass away This lousy company will change the locks before the end of the month and tell you to make arrangements when its convenient for them to get the personal stuff out Absolutely ridiculous

Pros Rent is cheap maintainace is very reaponsivennCons Heat is not included and can easily be over 100 for a studio which is what I had because of the high ceilings and really horrible leaky windows Management will not listen to you complaining The walls are horribly thin Although my neighbors were very quite and courteous I could hear EVERYTHING from cough 2016-07-23T17:17:20Z
