Im writing this in light of recent events recent meaning yesterday I love my apartment I love my neighbors and I love the area but I honest to god hate this place and how its run we had an issue yesterday with grown adults screaming at each other in the middle of the day for no reason other than a child had gotten pushed over on accident or on purpose Im not 2017-10-14T19:35:02Z
Im writing this in light of recent events recent meaning yesterday I love my apartment I love my neighbors and I love the area but I honest to god hate this place and how its run we had an issue yesterday with grown adults screaming at each other in the middle of the day for no reason other than a child had gotten pushed over on accident or on purpose Im not sure by another child playing outside nobody handled that situation well and of course the police were called to the complex probably about the 11th or 12th time THIS MONTH October now that wasnt too terrible what got me to write this review is the fact that in one of the buildings there are 67 grown adults living in a 2 bedroom apartment my mother happens to live underneath them and since they moved in has discovered cockroaches in her apartment even after their pest control really its a joke because not once have I seen or gotten notice of pest control coming to spray since we moved in this new unit in March and her bedroom ceiling is caving in to the point where its eaten up half of her wall its been a month since she reported that to the complex emergency maintenance and corporate but anyway these men living in the unit above her have been breaking and entering peoples apartments sometimes just walking in when they realize its unlocked and claiming to not know where THEIR apartment is I call bs theyve lived here a few months these are also the same men that have been caught trying to break into the residents cars while everything went down yesterday the ladies from the office actually came down here and told the residents that their hands were tied even though a lot of the police presence have been because of them they know that there are too many people in the apartment but will not do anything so everybody is fearful that they will either get robbed or worse because these people just think its okay to do what theyre doing and theyre getting away with it I have complained about my neighbors down the hall and so have the other people living in the same building because of constant parties and weed smell in the hallway all of which are done by MINORS but again nothing has been done Im writing this in the hopes that they see this or it saves someone the headache and extra stress of living here I dont enjoy moving but Id rather do that than stay where management does not care more ... hide ...

This is a great senior facilitynRelocating Mom was a real struggle She didnt want to downgrade from her apartment well once she saw Trinity she was pleasantly surprised but still didnt want to movenI insisted and finally she moved now she has a schedule of activities and rather hard to get a hold ofnnThere are a lot of activities free utilities and laund 2018-12-19T04:59:52Z

Avoid living here at all costs This company is shady just their land lord Theresa They have constant inspections for no reason seems like she will bombard you with notices on a Friday evening and literally give you till Monday morning to resolve themnnFailed her section 8 inspection not personally on it recently which resulted in them having to do a bunch of work to the property There was mold in one of our vents never did anything about it We lost heat in the winter once and when I called she told to just sleep in one room and to put space heaters in there Mind you I have two kids like who says that to someone with kidsnnWe had been telling her for a while we planned on buying a house in the near future Had sign our lease and failed to disclose that we were going to forfeit our deposit since we were going to move out after signing the lease not once was that ever mentioned to us Oh thats right it was in one of many amended forms she has come back and signnnPretty much stole my brothers deposit money when he was trying to get a place there she drug her feet on his application and went on vacation which resulted in him losing his deposit He ended up getting a place and an answer in less than a week somewhere elsennNeve has paperwork ready to sign and if you refuse to come back and sign after her mess up she threatens with evictionsnnDo yourself a huge favor and rent somewhere else She has neighbors watching each other as her spies to tell on one another more ... hide ...
