I was granted the opportunity to live at crestmore in May of 2017 I moved in and there was birds living in my laundry room Bird feces and babies that were dying I was told they would be removed immediately pending wildlife rescue 4 days later I still had birds chirping in my residence They were finally removed and I was told the patience guy John Would be by 2018-03-06T17:32:51Z
I was granted the opportunity to live at crestmore in May of 2017 I moved in and there was birds living in my laundry room Bird feces and babies that were dying I was told they would be removed immediately pending wildlife rescue 4 days later I still had birds chirping in my residence They were finally removed and I was told the patience guy John Would be by to clean up the feces 2 weeks later it was still there I was tired of constantly asking my children to stay far from that room so I cleaned it I respectively had asked for a copy of my lease at this time hoping that I could find a reason to have my rent prorated due to me having to clean the bird feces and them being there my first 4 days Jennifer was never in the office and dodged me Even in public I never received a copy of my lease After 5 months I was ready to move and still didnt have a copy of my lease I finally got in touch with Jennifer and she frightened me with how much it will cost me to get out of the lease I asked her again for a copy of my lease so I could see the details of breaking the lease agreement and she told me once ahe located my file she would give me a copy I had to pay her last months rent and half of the following as by her words I never saw my lease I was frustrated and already moved most of my things So I placed my last months rent in the box and left Cleaned the place from top to bottom taking videos and pictures of the work completed October was my last month I began to call her after the 30 days to ask for my deposit back In December I noticed a rent check go through from August Apparently they never processed the check and decided to do so just before Christmas A rent check from August I called several time to see what the hell no call back I cried to the woman who picks up for emergencies for the apartment complex and she told me she couldnt help me Jennifer will not return my calls over a 500 dollar deposit Im so dishearted by this It was an amazing opportunity for my family and I to save some money and get out of a shelter But I feel as if I was robbed and taken advantage ofnnJennifer if your reading this you have done an incredible amount of disservice to a woman who is trying with all her might to keep her family together Please call me and return my deposit more ... hide ...
