I am responding for my Granny that lives in the Biegger Estates community The apartments have been renovated absolutely beautifully My Grandmother has had some complaints that has not been handled properly I had to tell children to get off my Grannys home I had to also tell the children to not hang out in front of my Grannys door My Granny doesnt want to go 2020-11-17T16:15:35Z

Other all the amenities olderfolks need to get along It is the best place I know of for older poor folks or as they call it affordable housing for older folks They are wonderful It is not a ghetto as some Ive seen Thank you Chalmer l Carter

very bad attention my dad went to the office and the person who works there did not even pay attention to him she was with the cell phone in his hand without paying attention to him my dad has been without electricity for 2 days and in Las Vegas it is very hot AWFUL ATTENTION

Used to be a nice place but since Covid there are no maintenance to keep the place up No laundry facility or entertainment room or weight room is not open so we have to walk across the street to wash clothes Place has really went down I still like living here anyway because of the friendly staff and people and they do help if anything goes wrong in your apar 2022-04-15T09:37:22Z

Ive lived at Casa Tiempo for 9 years and still am living here and I love it here The place is clean The manager Shannon runs a tight ship when it comes to problems here but is fair and kindwhen she needs to be and when she needs to be tough she is that also Repairs are done with in a Reasonable time period for the most part
