I have not experienced the full effects of living in the Walker House Apartments however I have been present to witness the actions and words of the management About a couple weeks ago I went to turn in an application as I was walking up I overheard the management screaming and yelling about someone being a liar and how she has the powerauthority to evict

I have not experienced the full effects of living in the Walker House Apartments however I have been present to witness the actions and words of the management About a couple weeks ago I went to turn in an application as I was walking up I overheard the management screaming and yelling about someone being a liar and how she has the powerauthority to evict anyone on her terms I dont personally know who it was directed to but it did change my mind about putting in an application I understand this is a lowincome residence but that doesnt give anyone the right to speak to someone in that demeanor or tone of voice When I did walk in to hand in the application and see what was going on the manager did not acknowledge me for a few minutes and when she did she asked what did I want which I did not find to be appropriate office behavior This contributed to my feelings that she is rude and this may not be the best place to apply due to managements behavior

I agree with the previous tenant review about property manager JAY ROBINSON He is now leaving letters on tenants doors bribing them to leave a good review on google and yelp after her honest google review If you have to go to the fullest extent to do that than there is definitely a problem which there is Dont let him BRIBE YOU Its not worth it He claims that

Roaches I cannot stress enough how many roaches are all over the place I had to throw a lot of my things away we dont use the cabinets anymore And dont get me started on the kids over here vandalizing and harassing my family kicking my door in management does nothing homeless is everywhere you want to talk about people bringing ghetto into this place its bad

Sierra Pointe Apartments have terrible management and terrible maintenance The maintenance crew doesnt fix anything It takes days or weeks for them to come out This new team of management and maintenance is the worst Ive seen in 13 years They talk bad to you and ignore you Weve never needed new management and maintenance and NOW we do
