Did not fix that night second night and day without ac offered a portable but only one said he would call me at 9 never called and never said if working on it then I get an email that says howd we do and nobody came to say it was fixed so been sitting in the heat when the ac could have been on Poor communication Lets hope it stays running 2 days with out AC

Truthfully my Mama lives there its a 55 and up senior living apartments Not the best management they dont really care about the people that live there they just want to make money off them without having to repair or upgrade certain safety concerns The availability of basic entertainment such as library room or billiard room are curtailed because maintenance
