Lived here since early 2020 in a two bed two bath The apartment is spacious clean and my 12 and 10 year old love how close it is to the middle and elementary schoo Another plus is the on site staff I love how quiet the area is and the neighbors which some have been here for over 15yrs are the sweetest

I have been here for a year now and have only good things to say about the Bluffs Its a very nice clean and peaceful environment From the management down to the maintenance team they are always on top of things when things need to be repaired and do a great job in keeping these apartments maintained When things need repaired they are right on it as soon as I 2020-09-01T16:59:32Z
I have been here for a year now and have only good things to say about the Bluffs Its a very nice clean and peaceful environment From the management down to the maintenance team they are always on top of things when things need to be repaired and do a great job in keeping these apartments maintained When things need repaired they are right on it as soon as I notify them All the appliances in my apartment are in excellent condition Also out of the few places I have lived in Mesquite throughout the years the Bluffs do the best job keeping the apartments sprayed on a regular basis and I have never had any major issues with insects the whole time I have lived here every season of the year I love the flooring easy to keep clean and maintained the layout every part of this apartment I also love that they do their best to keep a nice peaceful atmosphere Great job to you all management team and maintenance team and very friendly and professional too more ... hide ...
