There are 4 or 5 tenants who live here that leave their dogs outside barking for 20 minutes to an hour at a time multiple times a day I called the leasing office to ask them to do something and was met with next time all you can do is call the police If this is indicative of how things are run over there DO NOT MOVE THERE

I have lived in this place for 15 years now I am still waiting for maintenance to be done All I hear is one excuse then another The dishwasher hasnt worked properly since I moved in It leaks badly now the dial doesnt work sticks at 3 different spots The maintenance guy came in to look at it in 815 then forgot to tell the manager what was wrong with i 2016-06-23T16:56:38Z
I have lived in this place for 15 years now I am still waiting for maintenance to be done All I hear is one excuse then another The dishwasher hasnt worked properly since I moved in It leaks badly now the dial doesnt work sticks at 3 different spots The maintenance guy came in to look at it in 815 then forgot to tell the manager what was wrong with it Then he came back over a month saying they would only fix the dial So he said he ordered one So after hearing anymore from him I asked him on 122 what was the hold up He said he is too busy to do anything about it Then the lousy manager said she would have the carpet shampooed So it was set up at 8am on 111915 I get up 2 hours early in order to eat breakfast move my furniture off the carpet So 8am comes goes So I move my furniture back at 3pm the shampoo people call said they would be here at 5pm I said no they werent as that was my dinner time I couldnt move my furniture out 4 times in one day They said their guy wrote down the wrong time I said that sounds like a personal problem Then my manager calls me an hour later said I had to do it at 5pm or it wasnt going to get done I said fine That figures So do not rent from these clowns it is more trouble than it is worth It is now 62316 the Manager says the repair guy has fixed the dishwasher No I have not seen the clown Then they jacked my rent up by 12 or by 65 per month to 614 Yet other tenants got their rent reduced These people lie to you do not do maintenence is a total joke Do not rent from these people for your own sake more ... hide ...

Management is very good they try really hard to make life easier for residents Some here are your typical crotchety meanspirited codgers But actually residents run the gamut By the time youre of the age to be eligible for this building you should have the life experience to discern who is of your ilk and who is not saving you from any bad friendshipmaking 2015-04-19T06:51:52Z

I live here If you like nosey neighbors and birthday parties at 7 in the morning because they figure my breakfast consist of oats n frosting then beam me up Scotty cause this is the place for you Enjoy
