Contrary to previous comments Section 8 checks are RARELY late and it is an excellent office with caring and efficient staff Disgruntled former landlords have skewed opinions Also requests for applications are handled appropriatelymost often they were mailed to the wrong address

So far my experience dealing with the fairways apartments staff has been splendidnStaff was informative and very polite Also very professionaltimely when responding to emails about any questions that I havenThe buildings are all in good shape The roads and parking lots are all in excellent shape The apartment I moved into is in great shape Plenty of space ca

So far my experience dealing with the fairways apartments staff has been splendidnStaff was informative and very polite Also very professionaltimely when responding to emails about any questions that I havenThe buildings are all in good shape The roads and parking lots are all in excellent shape The apartment I moved into is in great shape Plenty of space carpets were clean hardwood floor sections were in excellent condition Utilities are included and they are not stingy about usage Very generous with the heat and hot water The extra amenities which I have yet to take advantage of are very enticing Including but not limited to indoor outdoor pool jacuzzi and fitness centernnIve met some of the other residents in the building that I am in they all seem like very decent and hardworking folks I havent come across any issues

They dont do repairs when there are some They dont accommodate the tenants but themselves They hire relatives and friends so the work is shoddy
