Pro This place seems good to live in when I viewed the apt it was pretty big for 1 bedroom apt and the rent was reasonably good clean they put bug traps so I never saw any crawling aroundnnCon my downstair neighbor was difficult to live above they would complain about every little noise they could possibly hearnnOther con I always pay my rent on time i alwa

Pro This place seems good to live in when I viewed the apt it was pretty big for 1 bedroom apt and the rent was reasonably good clean they put bug traps so I never saw any crawling aroundnnCon my downstair neighbor was difficult to live above they would complain about every little noise they could possibly hearnnOther con I always pay my rent on time i always pay with a money order i usually would just go in the office never had a issue lucky i always saved the stub i lived here for years paying the rent on time everytime but there was this one month I had dropped off the payment in the box omg big mistake so you figure they could of called me that month or month after that right Nope they waited 3 months and then on top of that I had the maintenance person in my appt fixing up things so you think they would say to them something to ask me to come to the office right nope I ended up with this eviction letter I found in my door so I went to the office and proved I did pay never got an apology for this
