I was so excited to move here with my husband and two children It resulted in disaster and I do not recommend living herenThey are a property management company so I called to have the maintenance person remove the sleeve in my living room wall and put my personal air conditioner into the sleeve as they requested That way I could have air conditioning in my apartmentnI called on Thursday and Friday and the office manager said she will inform the maintenance man No one ever came Their office is closed on Saturday and SundaynIt was 102 degrees out that weekend and I was living on the third flood with a 2 year old and a 2 month old Needless to say we were living in an oven I decided I did not want to wait until Monday for a maintenance person to not show up again So I put the AC into the sleeve myself Come Monday morning I find an eviction letter taped to my door I had violated their rules by placing the AC into the sleeve myself I made several attempts to discuss this matter with them but they took me to court for minor nicks on the fridge and a popped out window screen and installing my own ACnI had only lived their 2 months total had to go to court and had to pay several fines They were not willing to work with menWhat would you do if you have a 2 year old and a 2 month old and your apartment is 102 degrees Would you install your AC if the property manager or maintenance person doesnt show upnIt was a terribly frustrating experience especially since I was excited to move there I highly do NOT recommend living herenSide Note The hallway smells like cat urine and the other kids living in the apartment building stole change out of my car

I had originally posted a good review for Wellington Hill Apartments That was when we first moved in Unbeknownst to me we have had MOLD in our guest bedroom in the Suffolk style apartment The day I saw the mold on the wall I reached out to the office with this information and it took me three times calling leaving voicemails and sending emails with photos to even get some out 5 days later Maintenance agreed this was likely a foundation leak and said they were looking into a solution 2 months later I had to call and email again reminding them that we still had a mold issue and it was now causing my Asthmatic SO respiratory issues We purchased a air purifier to try to help the air quality in the room After another month of trying to have the issue addressed they offered to clean the carpet and wipe down the wall After trying to set up a call to discuss this with the property manager I was directed to the regional manager She informed me this was just mildew and common across all of their properties We were offered the chance to transfer apartments which we are currently in the process of While I would love to move out of this community all together this was our only option as we had just renewed our lease when we thought they were going to be fixing the issue Now we are being charged extra in rent as well as extra pet fees to transfer Please DO NOT move here They are not fixing this mold issue and after reading more reviews this is not an uncommon issue in this community They do not provide safe healthy apartment homes
