My first clue to how horrible this apartment was going to be shouldve been when they would not let me see the apartment before I signed a lease and agreed to move in I lived in a studio apartment and it smelled like mildew When I told the management office they swore they got it tested for mold and there wasnt any I hired my own mold company to test the apartment and they found mold When I asked them to fix it they said no so I had to hire a lawyer to get them to change the closet wall because you could tell water leaked through it and the report said there was mold in the wallsIt had brown stains and the paint was bubbled Every time it rained heavily I would get water coming through the kitchen floor and on the carpet Their solution was to give me a fan to dry the carpet but never fixed the leaks I had to keep a dehumidifier running constantly and emptied it twice a day while also running up my electric bill The carpet was ripped up and stained upon moving in I had to shampoo it myself but they charged me 400 for a cleaning fee when I moved out The carpet was in such bad shape it shouldve been replaced before I moved in The sink started to leak it took 2 months for them to fix it I had to keep emptying a pot under the sink 23 times a day The owner is very nasty when you call to complain or ask a question he gets on the phone and yells at you If I had the option to rate this place zero stars I would more ... hide ...
