Imagine paying this in rent and expecting a clean environment living and thats not the case The management office is a joke They make up their own policies and never notify you of current change Do not expect help or a direct answer from them They change staff every other week They are only there to send a notice about parkingnnThe carpets were cleaned frequently when I first got here now its non existentnnExpect your packages to be opened or stolen if you leave it down there for a few hours There are cameras but apparently its no helpnnThere is one entrance to building so if you live all the way on the other side of building and not coming from parking garage there is no convenience for you more ... hide ...

We live on the 5th floor and let me tell you this place feels like a safety hazard The roof is slowly sinking into the walls bunch of broken windows whenever it rains water from the roof floods the hallway on our floor and damages the ceilings Instead of fixing the root cause of this issue the roof they just come and plaster up the visibly damaged spots on 2021-11-04T15:03:09Z
