Norman Towers used to be okay but after being bought by a holding company things have gone down hill in my view Starting with how they went about the renovations and treated the seniors during the ongoing process was and is horrible Yes updating is a good thing but when over run with rodents breaking furniture while moving stuff around staff having attitudes updates are cheap cutting corners and tenants feeling their voices are going unheard is ridiculous If you care about your loved ones I would look for other properties or make different arrangements because I would recommend Norman Towers to NO ONE more ... hide ...

I lived here for 20yrs and its not the building its the nasty people that has moved in This building has it ups and downs but its affordable and a place to call home Just throw the flithy people away and it would be back a great place to livennSigned by me

This place is known as Peter Antonellis Towers formerly Harrison Arms We had applied to several locations seeking Senior housing for some family members During our time on the waiting list COVID happened While under quarantine the considerate manager Tony called for an interview Since things had been turned upside down at this time we couldnt get our family 2021-07-02T14:42:39Z
This place is known as Peter Antonellis Towers formerly Harrison Arms We had applied to several locations seeking Senior housing for some family members During our time on the waiting list COVID happened While under quarantine the considerate manager Tony called for an interview Since things had been turned upside down at this time we couldnt get our family out there in time for an interview I was disappointed but Tony simply pushed our relatives name back a few spaces so we could have enough time to complete quarantine and travel for the interview Tony and his assistant Alicia were so friendly and accommodating that we wanted our family to reside there I knew that with management like that my family would be in good hands more ... hide ...
