If I could leave no stars I would Office staff is rude and mistreats the elderly Be very careful if moving into this place and if you have to please make sure you find out before moving in who to contact if you ever need to complain against the staff They have it set up that you have to contact them to place a complaint against them which means nothing gets

If I could leave no stars I would Office staff is rude and mistreats the elderly Be very careful if moving into this place and if you have to please make sure you find out before moving in who to contact if you ever need to complain against the staff They have it set up that you have to contact them to place a complaint against them which means nothing gets done about it and the abuse continues They are never reprimanded or face any consequences for their mistreatment of others I dont know which of the two women that works in the office is the worst so I would look somewhere else to live if at all possible Also I think they have a thief or thieves working there because a few of the elderly tenants have things missing and they notice someone has been inside their apartments Unfortunately because they are elderly the staff takes advantage of them they do not have money and most do not have WiFi to set up a camera to catch the thieves If you have an elderly parents that would need to move in this place as I do please think twice or even three times before making a decision My mother is really struggling there because of the mistreatment by the staff so I hope this helps someone out there

Ive lived here for a few years and I can not say anything bad about the complex It is very quiet here and peaceful anytime I am out on my balcony Kelly is incredible as well with any problems I have had present or in the past in regards to general questions or even maintenance issues This is by far one of the nicest apartments in this area and the staff a
