As of April 2022 these have been my observations in a unit in one of the MAKOR apartments I do wish I knew a few more details before I decided to sign a lease at this property nonetheless hope this helps someone in their decision making A home should be a place where you feel comfortable so its important to know as much information about a property before choosing it as a home See below for what Ive experienced so far nPROSn1 The large appliances in my apartment were newn2 The floor was polishedn3 The view of the trees plants in the inner court is nicen4Assigned parking is available which sold men5 Close enough to Newark airportn6 The maintenance man comes in due time for emergenciesnnCONSn1 There was a ant roach issue before I took it upon myself to treat them with borax acidn2 The floor squeaks in certain areas in my apartment thank god Im not below anyonen3 If anyone in the building smokes cigarettes in their apartment you will smell it in the hallway and also enters your apartment through the vents different little holes second hand smoking I complained nothing was really done Wish I knew they allowed smokingn3 Noise Issue train horns New Jersey transit nearby emergency vehicle sirens loud mufflers from cars motor cycles etcn4 All the machines in the laundromat arent working properlyn5 You can hear whenever someone is having a conversation or arguing in the hallway as well as when they are entering the building especially when the slam door closesnnGoodluck more ... hide ...

I have to start first with the customer service Marrisa is by far the must professional caring person I ever met she did such a great job she went up and beyond guide me thru the whole process build is super clean everything is well kept laundry room is always available with complimentary detergent the apartment was well taken care of fresh paint freshly pai 2020-10-29T14:40:24Z

Better dinners needs to be provided Window needs to be fixed only two hot dogs for dinner aint a real dinner and real food and today a measly egg sanwitch for dinner also its very sad how my sister and the people have to go out and buy a real dinner to eat should have somebody look into that before the complain goes farther then just here you have guys h 2019-05-07T21:40:30Z

I honestly dont recommend anyone to go to YMCA I was going to Rahway facility to use the pool and I found the water a little cold in many occasions I was waiting to see if this was fixed but it wasnt They mention a temperature pool in their website but they dont keep it at that temperature I also notified the staff members about this but I didnt see a change 2022-05-14T04:08:59Z
