I love my neighbors Theyre great I hate the corporate handling of this property Ive lived here since 717 and were on the 3rd property manager and the maintenance guy great guy just quit too As much as I love the reliable awesome group of neighbors who just want to live their best life like me there are a lot of issues Starting with the fact weve been lied to and put off at every turn We submitted a resident petition for cameras on the property 4 months ago because of vandalism and drug activity and NOTHING We quoted speed bumps and were told they were approved but that who knows when well get them Not in fact a smoke free facility as residents smoke all types of things in and out of their homes Cops are here constantly but with out cameras its hard to get them to DO anything That Ellington woman is horrible yelling at residents and threatening to hand over their complaints to the ppl theyre complaining about Nothing ever gets fixed because they had one guy working two properties and there just is only so much he could have done and now he quit Touts storage units and grill area those things are actually forbidden by the lease So I wouldnt recommend the place Amazing group of friend neighbors aside Not sure how much I can put up with more ... hide ...
