I moved here in September I love it here The residents are all friendly The office worker Lisa was very helpful when I had to sign my lease She explained the rules of the building What I like the most they allow small pets there no pet fees When I get a chance I plan to put drapes on my windows when I get curtain rods for my windows They have a small bus that take us to the stores The laundry room is on the first floor it has two large washers and dryers and two regular washers and dryers I always try to go down early A lot of the residents put decorations on their doors for different seasons Theres a nice park near by that you can walk near the river When the weather gets warmer I will take a walk around the building I can see the Delaware bridge from my bedroom window and the loading dock

The people that live there are great Management is awful to the tenants Tawana is a liar and they like to rip off the elderly when they move out If you do rent from them and decide to move out make sure you get a copy of the 30 day notice form Otherwise they will say you didnt give 30 days notice and will keep your deposit
