I am writing this review to state that I had the absolute worst experience I could possibly have in an establishment such as this one that is supposed to tend to the needs of the elderly My grandmother explained to me to that one of the employees working there named Carol was extremely rude and condescending to my grandmothers personal situation and showed 2022-09-25T17:32:27Z
I am writing this review to state that I had the absolute worst experience I could possibly have in an establishment such as this one that is supposed to tend to the needs of the elderly My grandmother explained to me to that one of the employees working there named Carol was extremely rude and condescending to my grandmothers personal situation and showed a complete disregard and lack of empathy towards my grandmother Carol proceeded to state that she is confused as to why my grandmother even asked this establishment for help in the first place and further stated that she is surprised that the apartment my grandmother was staying in at the time didnt kick out her sooner and the apartment had every right to lock my grandmother out of her apartment complex This conversation left my grandmother in tears and needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment if Carol is still there and still employed more ... hide ...

The management company is horrible Stay away until they got replaced Edit 1 Be aware of the elevator fob system when visiting Currently it is very slow and causing great inconvenience to residents Do your research before buying Ask a few residents and see their feedback Also check if people who are not residents are using the amenities without permission If 2022-11-01T15:36:12Z

To many restrictions no one calls you back when you leave messages you have to be on top of the super when repairs are needed they dont care about the safety of their residents the walls are paper thin I hear all my neighbors conversations forget it something falls on the floor or if the person above you has kids and they run around all day but the rooms are 2019-08-25T14:40:25Z
