Very strict rules They only accept Optimum cable No lights come in the bedrooms The heat is not adjustable and the old fashion heaters are always BLASTING hot all times of the day theres no breaks Have to keep the windows open all day and night to not sweatover heat Youre not aloud to put locks on your bedroom doors No privacy The walls are beyond thin so I can hear every word my neighbors say I can even hear they phones when they receive a call or message or their alarms go off Maintenance comes unexpected whenever they please The grass around is pure mud puddles when it rains even slightly No Airconditioners in bedrooms so its impossible to sleep at night in the summer Only AC units in the hallways Im currently listening to my neighbors all talk its quite annoying and cant ever get a good nights sleep I hear EVERY word they say but hey its a roof over your head I guess
