I applied for this apartment back in April 2022 and I asked numerous questions of how much do we need to make in order to qualify for this apartment I kept calling them asking them what the requirements were in order to be considered I received a letter to submit all of my documents paid the 50 application fee for them to say I dont qualify and I spoke with 2022-12-01T16:58:56Z
I applied for this apartment back in April 2022 and I asked numerous questions of how much do we need to make in order to qualify for this apartment I kept calling them asking them what the requirements were in order to be considered I received a letter to submit all of my documents paid the 50 application fee for them to say I dont qualify and I spoke with the project manager there and she said I need to make 4x the monthly rent as she was talking I was blocking her out because I felt played and scammed Why didnt yall tell me this before Yall cant scam people out of their money knowing they dont qualify Idnrespect it if yall were transparent but yall werent How is this a low income apartment if I need to make 4x of 144100month So that means I need to make 69000 a year Thats not low income I really wish they would have told me before during the 100 times I called them so I didnt have to waste my money And its christmas time that money could have gone towards a gift or towards my phone bill I want my application fee back since yall said I dont make enough anyway When I emailed them back asking for my money back no response I tried calling back and no response Dont come here more ... hide ...
