The management is horrible Weve had about 4 or 5 property managers since Ive lived here almost 2 years 2 have been very nice one from the main office very nasty the others not so memorable Its across the st from a golf course my window was hit by a golf ball shortly after I moved in it took them a year and a half to fix it I work for the government last year I was furloughed and got behind on my rent Even after explaining this to them and telling them that I was going to pay in full on a certain date they still took me to court I paid all rent and late fees and they still charged me for court fees even though I paid off what I owed prior to going to court and they still hadnt even fixed my window They dont communicate or respond to your emails unless its something saying you violated your lease which everything is a violation of the lease Even then they just come around and stick notes in your door They charge people late fees even when their rent is not late Ive saw them charge a sick lady late fee after late fee even though she mails her rent out on time The only nice things I can say about here is that the apts are really nice they have all the amenities you need and the area is quiet I hate it here moving as soon as my lease is up more ... hide ...

Update decreased from 2 to 1 star rating I reached out again after receiving response from the owner I was told I would receive a callback regarding the issues Ive experienced here I have not been contacted back yetnnSummarynThe apartments themselves are okay but in my opinion it is too expensive for their quality of the units and the quality of the community management Other apartment complexes in the area even if priced slightly more are likely to provide better value The staff is friendly but not very effective Management is poor at coordinating contracted work around the facilities which creates a headache for residents at least from what Ive noticed and my experience so farnnLonger VersionnWhile this isnt the worst experience Ive had renting its by far the most expensive and only marginally better When looking for apartments in the area I had limited options and needed a more flexible lease term so I chose this community because of their flexible leasing options thats is one plus of this community Between two available units I opted for a slightly higher rent because I was told that this unit would have a garage and a washerdryer installed After about a month or so I began to call management several times since I noticed that it seemed as if very little work was being done to install the washer dryer unit I wanted to ask when they planned to have the work completed by While very friendly and courteous they have been unable to give a straight answer After about 3 months I am informed that work will begin on installing the unit Approaching the midpoint of my leasing term work has been done but the unit is still not installed and I have not been given an estimate of when all of the work will be completed There have been other minor inconveniences that in my personal opinion are similarly the result of ineffective management but this is the one that has upset me the most more ... hide ...
