Renters Beware before you decide to live here Ive been living here since 2013 so Ive seen management and supers leave left and right The super they have here now is every lazy when it comes to getting things fixed especially the emergency ones whats the point of management getting giving him apartment to stay in so that he can be on call for emergencies when he never comes out until normal business hours or the next day If the managementsuper dont like you its really hard to get them to do their job and they try to pick on everything u dodont do if they dont like you but will let the others they like get away with everything plus they charge you this high behind rent expect you pay on time but never fix things properly on time My walls and floors still hasnt been redone and Ive been here over 8 years Sick and tired of the Michaels organization Baxter park south You mind as well say that we live in the projects even tho this isnt the actual projects The projects even get proper repairs done in a timely manner more ... hide ...

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE The ONLY upside to living here is having somewhere to live thats it I have lived here about 2 years and management wont bother you at all They wont bother to make sure your information is up to date thats YOUR job They dont send proper correspondence to who needs to recieve it like ME They post bulletins up in the main lobby cause they think everyone is going to stop read the papers Ive heard from other tenants that they have stripped some amenities that were promised by lease they make up new rules every week and today sitting in the office with the closed sign up while people are being towed Ive already spoke to them about updating my sticker YESTERDAY There is NO FOLLOW UP from them I was offered a temporary sticker to park in the parking lot So why wasnt EVERYONE offered a temporary sticker if they dont have a new onennIf you like cooking out where you live this aint the building for you If you like a 247 workout room which had a threaten of lockdown because of kids playing in there instead of just asking their parents to have them play outside this aint the building for you If you like friendly empathetic CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED MANAGEMENT THIS AINT THE BUILDING FOR YOUnnIM CALLING CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW IVE BEEN HANDLED TODAYnn Also my PERSONAL information that was given to the younger girl that works in the office was left on the desk pressed against glass with my contact information for everyone to see more ... hide ...
