I have been here for 7 months and find there to be pros and cons You wont find luxury but you will find a good dealnnPROSnThe apartments that face north come with a GRAND VIEW Im above the 12th floor Bldg B NYC can be seen in the distance and to the northI can see for miles There is also a cathedral visible to the west July 4th was a spectacular event with probably 6 different shows from my view The windows are ceiling to the heaterac system with the vertical blinds providednMaintenance does and exceptional jobtheyre timely and respect your noentry wishes if you indicate that on the work request The grounds and flower beds are maintainednThe immediate surrounding area is fairly clean I would say crime free as well Ive never heard or seen the police in the immediate areanHeat water and gas are included in the rentac is in the apartmentnOn site security does an exceptional job Ive NEVER encountered anyone other than tenants in the building Once I found a flyer under my door from a local restaurant I complained to the leasing office and it never happened again I also always feel safe even when its dark outside or when I have to venture to the basement to do laundry The lighting in the outside areas and the hallways is bright As a note there are cameras that are monitored by security 247 The fire alarm system works very well One morning the fire alarms in the hallway began to blare at 1amnThe fire department came within a few minutes and all was clearedfalse alarmsmoke from someones apartment from what was toldnThere is no bleed through of noise from my neighbors nor is there noise from the hallway Tenants seem to respect each other herenThen theres the matter of the convenience store on the first floor It opens at 8am and stays open late It truly is a conveniencennCONSnIn other waysPavilion doesnt measure up I have a studio which has not been redecorated since the beginning of time The kitchen cabinets I believe are from when the building was originally constructed sometime in the 1960s metal cabinets that are warped and dont close correctlyyikes The heat is included in the rentyou wont freeze but there are days that Im grateful for my small electric heaternThere isnt enough parking for every tenantfirst come first serve If you do get offered a spot you have to pay 5000 extra per monthnPavilion also offers a gym located in building Ahere again there is a fee 3500 per monthnnAll photos are views from the B Bldg facing North more ... hide ...

The management at this place is completely disgusting Zakiayyah Bankston is a poor excuse of what a manager of a leasing office should be She literally has refused to offer help to her tenants and she speaks to people with a nasty attitude She even had the nerve to tell me a tenant she didnt have to answer any of my questions when I found out that she misplaced my car documents and license information When I asked her what did she do with them her response was I dont need to explain that to you When issues are escalated above her level she lies to her upper management to make it seem like the tenants are the ones in the wrong And its extremely sad that Im moving out because my apartment is actually nice but I rather leave so I dont have to deal with Zakiayyahs ridiculous attitude She literally talks down to me and my roommate as if we are kids and she continues to display so much racial and age discrimination My roommate and I are young women who have great jobs and make very good money We always pay rent on time and are respectful to our neighbors and people around us If the upper management in this place has any common sense they would fire Zakiayyah because she will literally be the reason why people move outnnI have an entire letter written about my experience here at Tiffany Manor I am willing to share the nonsense ranging from having our authorized vehicle in our own parking spot towed to the front gate not working leaving us locked out and to being late to work waiting on management to finally show up at the leasing office for me to submit urgent maintenance requests more ... hide ...
