It is a safe looking building but I know a woman that did get her apt broken into and there are no security cameras Other apts were also broken into the same time Most of the staff is friendly and they try to keep everyone involved There should be more parking

I lived here for 2 years with my fianc and overall I would moved here all over again I loved that our apartment had no carpet in any room and the 1 bedroom is spacious Our 1 bedroom had a large walk in closet that impressed me and lots of closet space They also allow pets with a fee and monthly pay increase They have laundry rooms every other building which 2022-06-25T13:42:46Z
I lived here for 2 years with my fianc and overall I would moved here all over again I loved that our apartment had no carpet in any room and the 1 bedroom is spacious Our 1 bedroom had a large walk in closet that impressed me and lots of closet space They also allow pets with a fee and monthly pay increase They have laundry rooms every other building which is convenient and since its a garden apartment you have a lot of outdoor space to sit outside and grill The area is very quiet at night and you will see police drive through the apartments daily which makes me feel safe On the downside we did have cockroaches in the kitchen but even luxury apartments can have bugs Its all about the neighbors and not always the building itselfnIf you like to walk there is a creek going though the middle of the apartments which is a great place to walk your pet past the bridge you can find a cute little dog parknThe location is great right off the highway 46 and other highways like 280 and 80 also close by You can literally walk to Morris shopping plaza which has food gym tj maxMarshalls Harmons nail salonetcnThe management is very attentive They addressed my bug problem next day Elizabeth is sharp and will get anything you need done asap Staff is nice and they are always working on upgrading the apartmentsnIf I didnt buy a house I would still be at this apartment complex more ... hide ...

Very disappointed we just lost power its now 1104pm they have people working outside our window n being very loud no one is able to sleep and we have a baby here I was able to talk to one of the nice guys working outside n he said power will be out for about 4 or more hours The apartment management didnt bother letting anyone know And they have been working 2021-04-20T03:13:43Z
