Building was redone over last two years On surface hallways and public areas nice bright and clean The age of the building is betrayed in intermittent plumbing problems from water being shut down and leaks that puddle under the floating floor tiles Bathroom fixtures were put in upside down do you need step ladder to reach up and over to change a light bul 2019-01-26T22:05:53Z
Building was redone over last two years On surface hallways and public areas nice bright and clean The age of the building is betrayed in intermittent plumbing problems from water being shut down and leaks that puddle under the floating floor tiles Bathroom fixtures were put in upside down do you need step ladder to reach up and over to change a light bulb Handicapped toilets were replaced with short flush toilets not secured to floor Only two elevators and breakdowns occur often though not as much as previously Apartment layout not friendly for turning wheelchairs Kitchen is tightly done galleynOn positive side appliances and environmental systems new kitchen cabinets new but shoddily made Windows are now solid but hard to clean on outsidenSuperintendent staff are constantly on run keeping up with leaks and break downs A valiant effort on their part but building age is against them Security was 24hours with cameras etc Overnight security guard is now gone and residents sneak in people through back door Office staff is a mix Three different management teams over two years Confusion seems to be the norm There are good helpful people there but also beware paperwork for rent subsidies etc handled badly Recertification process badly done and papers sometimes predated before signature date Apartments are now well heated and AC Building kept clean Both Good people and Bad running and older building with major surprises at times You can live here comfortably just be on your toes dealing with office staff more ... hide ...
