Absolute WORST property management Ive ever dealt withnnMy Uncle passed away last week and he lived at Birchwood in Hopewell The police were there ambulance to remove his body and the on call maintenance man was notified Today my sister and I went there to speak with management about clearing out his apartment I called yesterday notifying them about his death and also about how we go about cleaning it outnnWe got to the main door and the property manager was unprofessional unsympathetic insulting and hung up on us She started completely yelling at us screaming that we hadnt notified her when in fact we did she just didnt return phone calls She offered no condolences about his death My poor grandmother who is in quarantine and just lost her son had to call this woman and the property manager was completely rude to her as well The property manager said we would have to go to court to gain access to his apartment even though my Grandmother is on his paperwork as next of kin and we had the obituarynnI would NEVER recommend this facility Even while living there my Uncle had numerous issues with the property manager Spend your money where management cares about the well being of their tenants Awful place for seniors more ... hide ...
