This place seems like it doesnt exist I have been looking for it for years I once was told it was in the Police Department building I went looking for it there From there I stopped looking bcuz the office there was ALWAYS closed

October marks 1 yr since I applied for these apartments I got a letter saying I passed the first step last year and havent heard anything since thenmy sister lives in these apartments said people move out all the time so I dont understand whats goin onI paid the application fee for what Me my son need a place of our own smh

I have lived here for 3 years one bedroom apartment on the first floor It was good as a first apartment being a single professional however lots of pros and consnPros excellent door staff Marty is great clean mail room quiet for most part great location maintenance was prompt for minor needs utilities included affordablenCons the fire exits are disgusting specifically the one closest to the parking lot near the pool This was how I got to my apartment and how my guests came in I was embarrassed always bc it is filthy The cement walls are covered in black dirty marks it looks like a parking garage in Camden City not an entry way to home The garbage room was in the hallways and in the summer it would reek and even make my apartment smell like garbage trash left in stairways and took several days to clean up pool is extremely overpriced for nothing special laundry is in basement and the only way youre getting a washer or dryer is if youre up at 5am not nearly enough for the amount of tenants also have to pay to use the washer and dryer Hallways smell of cigarette smoke Bathrooms dont have ventilation and walls start to peel from hot water Parking is awful Being a young woman if I got home later than 10pm on any given night I was expected to park behind the pool or at the park across the street due to not enough parking for number of tenants This area is NOT well lit and is dangerous for a young woman to be walking at night when her home cant guarantee her a parking spotnnOther than that this apartment serves its purpose for me but Im ready for something more mature and clean more ... hide ...
