Applied for this property a few days ago before applying I asked multiple times what were the qualifications to be accepted I was told repeatedly there werent any seemed like they were more focused on income which I had after receiving the application I submitted it each application was 75 Which totaled 150 plus a non refundable holding fee of 200 applicatio

Applied for this property a few days ago before applying I asked multiple times what were the qualifications to be accepted I was told repeatedly there werent any seemed like they were more focused on income which I had after receiving the application I submitted it each application was 75 Which totaled 150 plus a non refundable holding fee of 200 application came back I was denied I called the leasing office to get a better understanding of my application and why it had been denied and was completely brushed off I spoke with Max he seemed bothered and seemed as if he really didnt care what I had to say so now Im out of 350 without any explanation nor apartment its funny because his attitude completely changed once I had been denied not professional at all but maybe me being denied is a Blessing in disguise
