If I could Id rate this complex a Zero Iam a current tenant Ive had my driver window in my car busted out and my vehicle stolen from So Ive had no piece of mind at night sense this has happened months ago There is NEVER any parking available by the time I get off work The management is constantly putting notices on my door for non compliance for not recertif

If I could Id rate this complex a Zero Iam a current tenant Ive had my driver window in my car busted out and my vehicle stolen from So Ive had no piece of mind at night sense this has happened months ago There is NEVER any parking available by the time I get off work The management is constantly putting notices on my door for non compliance for not recertifying when I clearly went into the front office and spoke to a woman directly to put in my 30 days notice to leave The entire staff lacks communication My oven has been broken for a couple of weeks now been waiting on maintenance to fix it Oh and to top of the icing on the cake someone KICKED OPEN MY DOOR just last night broke into my apartment threw my entire room around and stole 500 that I was saving up in my closet I had to come home from work to find my door was kicked open my apartment had been broken into I attempted to call emergency maintenance and NO ONE answered when the front office FINALLY answered me in the morning after me calling a whole bunch of times the worker said she would send maintenance to come Which took two hours for them to arrive Just for the maintenance to nail the door frame shut and tell me that they need to order me a new door frame and they dont know how long that will take Its not only me having these issues my neighbors have also told me that theyve had their garages broken into also along with their vehicles I am a mother of two young kids and after our apartment was broken into last night my children have been terrified to even be alone in a room thinking someone is going to break in again THANK GOD I have only one month left in this terrible neighborhood NOT ONCE HAVE I HAD AN APOLOGY FROM ANYONE THAT WORKS HERE the police officers that came to complete my police report for the break in apologized to me more for this situation more than this apartments staff ever hasYet they expect tenants to pay their rent on time and have nothing on our balconys Iam beyond frustrated with this whole experience I LITERALLY CANNOT EVEN LEAVE MY HOME I have ZERO PIECE OF MIND LIVING HERE
