I have lived here for four years And I hope to for as long as I can I absolutely love my home here It is so very quiet and comfortable I am blessed that God directed my steps to this place He is so good to mennWe are able to have our decks and balconies how we want them Lots of residents have moved here from their homes and having flowers plants chimes tables and chairs etc is comforting We arent micromanaged we are left to live our own peaceful lives Another thing that is wonderful is the fact that the office staff is so loving and respectful to the residents here What a comfort it is knowing that they are here in the building every day I will also add that in the past there were wonderful people that worked here Jim Rene Bobbi and Amanda We were so sad when they were no longer here They were wonderfulnnIt amazes me that as many people that live here and as many that own dogs the grounds are always clean What a beautiful courtyard there is out in the back The several little laundry rooms here are always clean On holidays the staff takes the time to put together little gift bags for us and hangs them on each of our doors As well the lobby is always decorated so beautifully for us by volunteers with golden hearts Any time that I have put in a service request for any repairs within hours maintenance has arrived and completed the repair I love everything about living here Its nothing crazy fancy but what it is is peaceful clean wellkept and run and cared for by people that seem like family to me I am beyond thankful more ... hide ...

Horrible horrible place to give your money to They have mold Ran down units fail to keep up maintenance wise Or comply Instead they will make excuses I have notified staff over 56 months now that their is mold etc in my unit with my newborn fresh out of the nicu on oxygen They still to this day have done NOTHING My son is now 7 months old and they have done 2022-11-17T16:10:37Z

READ BEFORE APPLYING Income restricted housing according to Enchanted Vista is calculated by hourly wageregardless of how many hours you workwhich is VERY different than how other apartments cap income restrictions So say I worked for only 1 hour this year and earned 35 Because it was 35hr I am not eligible for income restricted housing despite that I only made 35 the entire year This is exactly how the uncaring and unprofessional management at Enchanted Vista explained their process to me over the phoneafter I gave them 2 45 application fees for myself and my boyfriend of course We didnt even finish or submit the applications after hearing this so I asked for a refund Nope they said no refund on my 90 I told them they are scamming people by not being clear about what their income restriction actually means and the woman on the phone became incredibly rude toward me before I hung upnnSTAY FAR AWAY from the scammers at Enchanted Vista Dont even bother applying more ... hide ...
