I have lived here going on 7 months now I have found it to be fairly quietin comparison to other apartments Ive lived in Yes there has been an issue with homeless people breaking in to sleep at night but it has been handledthrough arrestsetc There is a homeless shelter nearby but not next door its approximately 1 mile away This coplex serves seniors adults 2021-05-15T04:28:03Z

This is a horrible place to live The residents are abusive to each other and the staff neglect them at every turn I lived there for over a year was assaulted in this place by one of the residents and nothing was done about it In fact both the staff and the residents blamed me for it happening I wouldnt even give this place one star Do not give them any money 2021-08-12T01:01:53Z
This is a horrible place to live The residents are abusive to each other and the staff neglect them at every turn I lived there for over a year was assaulted in this place by one of the residents and nothing was done about it In fact both the staff and the residents blamed me for it happening I wouldnt even give this place one star Do not give them any money or allow to them to take care of anyone I reported to adult protective services years ago and I cant believe they still exist Its horrible and not right They dont clean the property and a lot of the time we went without food I was abused by the staff physically and mentally and nothing was done about it and no one believed me because they said that men dont get abused they give it and said that I deserved it The residents steal from each other all time and while I lived there in 20132014 hate speech was written on my door and they did nothing about and actually tried blaming me for it This place should be shutdown by the state and the owners put in prison for what they are probably still allowing to happen more ... hide ...

I checked out this housing and found the property manager s kind respectful young man who showed me two apartments The whole center is very clean xeriscaped and very quiet considering how close it is to Cerrillos Road The two apartments I visited had ample closet space with fully equipped kitchens In the end I decided not to take the apartments because neith 2014-06-14T18:34:01Z
