Its much better now from back in the days it was crazy over here in the 80s90s I do security in the building And I am born and raised in Brooklyn so I know old school Ya Hearrrrrd me

Lived in this building for over a year had to leave only bc of COVID19nnThis building is great stylish with good amenities and really downtoearth people Jonathan the super is friendly helpful and really reasonable hard to find in a super Hassan is a fantastic concierge a gem along with Monique whos smile will brighten your day whenever you walk in or out The cleaning staff is also super friendly and great at what they donnClose to a lot of great stuff including Eastern Parkway itself the unofficial dog park at Mt Prospect Park bars like Franklin Park and of course Joe And Sals pizza which is IMO the most underrated pizza place in NYC more ... hide ...

Great location its tough to find a safer neighborhood that has so much to offer The apartment itself is also fantastic Roomy unique layout we live in a 2bdr end unit with a terrace Like most other places with reviews it loses a star for upkeep and bad information before we moved in Although the gym is equipped with flatscreen tvs they havent worked since th 2022-02-04T18:59:56Z
