These apartments have no ac Gets upwards of 7883 degrees in the apartment Called to ask what I could do They said They are 30 years old and have no central air you can go buy a window ac unit The apartment is very out dated had holes in different areas and in the storage Closet had a spot where an outlet was cut out of the drywall and wires were left hanging No lights in the bedroom or living room Sink is old and the water will often times come out brown Has no microwave or dish washer The oven isnt bad but from it being so old the rubber liner melted the first time we used it I replaced it and its been alright ever since In the winter the apartment stays warm but if you set the thermostat to 70 it will often times reset itself to 7577 degrees So I often just had it turned off and even then you can still hear the apartment heating itself You literally have no control over the temperature of your apartment The bugs crawl under the door at the bottom of our steps I got door liner to keep this from happening There is a lot of things you need to make these appointments comfortable On the bright side the new manager is very nice and they are very quick to get you into the apartment I just recommend when doing a walk through take pictures of everything Any damage you see before you move in That way when moving out you have on record the damages already done before you Or they will charge you for it It saved us by taking pictures They are very eager to fix the little things on these apartments but will try and get you charged for it Overall the only reason I give these apartments to be star is because the leasing office was nice Had they been rude I wouldnt even give them a star more ... hide ...
