Been here almost a year and I am waiting patiently for my next move into another facility This is supposed to be an independent living facility but clearly there are people here that belong in assisted living I feel like a babysitter and that is not fair to the handful of people who are living independently here I am VERY disappointed and VERY unhappy

Roof leaks like crazy Been this way for several years Looks nice but many many rules Laundry not maintained Must be cleaned by Tenant Added what must be done cost prior to getting deposit back charges incurred Mind you this is an elderly handicapped disabled bldg Most also have chronic illnesses
