Nice apartment if you live on the second floor and dont need anything fixednnFirst I needed a fridge replaced which kept turning on and off Within a few weeks they were able to replace it but because it would turn on occasionally they decided not to replace it soonernnThat was frustrating but probably not deserving of a 1 star review The second maintenance request I put in which is still pending is to fix my air conditionernnI live on the second floor and put the request in 414 After 3 weeks of waiting I check the online portal and see they cancel my request without telling me So I make another and say why would you cancel my last request if it wasnt fixed On 426 they tell me they dont fix air conditioners until 51 in which I was 6 on the listnnFinally on 62 they send out a technician who tells me hell complete it on 64 I explain to the technician in a nice but firm way that waiting 55 days from initial request and 40 days for a second request is quite ridiculous The technician clearly did not give a F and leaves my apartment On 64 no one shows up and I call the office The office tells me the technician CLAIMS to have contacted me not with his work phone but with his personal phone The technician also suppose to tell the office so the office texts me which he never didnnNow they are telling me the earliest day is 68 to fix this Damn near 2 months after my initial request when I have to take ANOTHER day off work in order for them to hopefully comennSo Im gonna keep it real dont live here My apartment is nice but if they wont replace an air conditioner after months in a 2nd story apartment what hope do you think youll have replacing anything request you make in a timely fashion more ... hide ...
