I really love this place It has many areas to congregate a reading room sitting room and even a party room with kitchen and an elevator A relative was searching for a place to move I was shown a ground floor apartment by Patrice and it was very cute It was in the senior section a one bedroom apartment Open concept see through living dining and kitchen area with Lots of light a small half wall separating kitchen from Living Room Dining Area The kitchen had enough light oak cabinets sink fridge stove with enough counter space and even room for a narrow table for two I was impressed with the huge white bathroom which seemed almost as large as the bedroom It has a big shower lots of area to place a vanity or shelving units and still enough room for lots more I suppose its because its wheelchair accessible Theres Handicapped parking An area with grass a pavillion playground and benches And a waiting listnI would love to see a two bedroom apartment for myself Just thinking ahead more ... hide ...

I really enjoyed living in the Fairmont Estates Apartments in the past year There are so many great things that I can list about this residential community such as the safe quiet and friendly environment wellmaintained property and appliances timely and efficient snow removal tenantfriendly amenities eg two laundry rooms and deliverytothedoor services efficient processing of tenants maintenance requests eg Mike and other maintenance staff and convenient location 5minute driving distance to the throughway and Route 32 less than 10minute driving to the downtown and Kingston Plaza and less than 15minute driving to the Hudson Valley PlazannParticularly I feel grateful for everything that the landlord Eileen has done to make me feel welcomed and included I contacted Eileen last summer via phone Because I did not have the chance to visit the property before making the leasing decision I asked Eileen a number of questions both on the phone and through email She addressed all my questions patiently and in a detailed manner To help me have a better understanding of this property and community Eileen even sent me pictures regarding the interior and exterior designs of the apartments All her endeavors not only impressed me with the apartment but more importantly helped me understand the people in the community which was extremely helpful in my decisionmaking thennnAll of these reasons made me call Fairmont Estates my home in the past year I hope all tenants enjoy their stay in this community more ... hide ...
