DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY After I busted my tail to fly to NY and put my mom in this facility AFTER I made up a beautiful room for her to make her feel at home AFTER contracts were signed money was paid and my mom was in for 2 full days they informed me she would not be allowed her car which she still drives Then they lied to her and said they would re assess her in a week or 2 to decide if she could have her car but told me they would placate her with that story They also advertise swimming and fishing in their polluted lake They will cook your polluted catch My mom is lactose intolerant and they continued to serve her cream soups pizza etc and then made her wait for an alternative meal The elevator and public phone had constant problems The area outside the cafeteria smells like urine There was a resident cat that roamed the cafeteria waiting for scraps at meal times I paid a moving company to move my mom out after only 18 days and now I am out the 3200 non refundable community fee I feel I was duped Beware Oh and last year a resident bludgeoned his room mate to death in his room What a place more ... hide ...
