Highly disappointed in the integrity of this business I arrived at the leasing office last week after running a couple errands I didnt have an appointment and apologized to the woman at the dooran older lady with blonde hair She informed me that an employee was running late but should arrive soon I noticed when I walked in she looked me up and down with a rude grin When I mentioned the upgrades on the property she was very dismissive and standoffish I smiled and continued to wait While waiting I could hear her conversing with a different leasing agent describing the girl waiting Then she mentioned that my attire was inappropriate flip flops Not only did I not expect to enter the office I was simply attempting to pick up an application for two family members that wished to relocate 1 You should never discuss clients in their presence nor should you discuss the worker that was running late private life 2 I may look 15 years younger than I am but I am not at all a girl Regardless of if I was dressed in my professional business attire or not I expect be held with the same respect as anyone else 3 There are many bias trainings available that can curb the indecent behavior of workers Her lack of professionalism lost this business potential rentersnAs a homeowner and a business owner I always give respect decency and professionalism to anyone I come into contact with Rude behavior shows me the type of improper business relations that exist within imperial gardensnInitially my family planned to come back Saturday to tour the facility and possible rent an apartment However once I informed them of what occurred it was agreed that they can take their business elsewhere more ... hide ...

Not at all satisfied with the service of the two women in the office Have been waiting for my application to be processed since early December but Shelly seems to have issues with being able to print documents apparently they were coming out too big or missing information All the same documents were taken to her and apparently was adequate We needed a larger 2019-01-12T16:33:23Z
Not at all satisfied with the service of the two women in the office Have been waiting for my application to be processed since early December but Shelly seems to have issues with being able to print documents apparently they were coming out too big or missing information All the same documents were taken to her and apparently was adequate We needed a larger apartment as we are expecting another child very soon and Ive had to call in weekly to check the status they rush you off the phone by the way Its being processed was the reply until she dropped the ball and said her general manager picked up our application and a few others he will be reviewing them all and will decide That is far from professional respectable or even anywhere near proper business etiquette Arent apartment rentals on a first come first served basis Not here Whoever is best qualified Maybe I wasnt the right color in their eyes I had better service at McDonalds up the street 3 trips back and forth from NYC where I currently live for no reason I asked them to remove my application and destroy our personal documents and not run our credit as I am not interested in living in a place with such terrible management Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere more ... hide ...

A lot of drama starters n issues with people talking junk about other people for no reason what so ever cops called constantly very rude and obnoxious people live here gang related activities daily drug dealing constant fights Not a safe environment to be in Not worth living here find another place
