this place is basically run by a slum lord they take your money and raise your rent quickly but do not do any repairs and are notorious for not returning deposits for basic renovations each landlord is required by law to fix when someone moves outbasic ware and tear this place needs to be reported they harass and discriminate

For anybody looking to rent from them I most definitely would not live in here for 4 years not asking for anything to get fixed then when the hot water goes out its been 5 days now the emergency numbers dont work nobody picks up in the office nobody contacts you back when you ask whats going on about the hot water This place is an absolute joke
