kitchen sink new kitchen countertop all new power outlets all new light switches all new carpeting new laminate flooring and fresh paint throughout As of the time this post was written the renovations are about 75 complete A few small projects are also taking place outside of the home Layout of spaceOn the first floor there are three exits out of the apartment A front door that opens into a shared vestibule that goes out to the front deck a back door that exits directly outside and a door into a shared staircase down to the basement The first floor has the kitchen with an eatin dining room as well as the living room with a coat closet On the second floor there is a standard full bathroom two bedrooms and a small linen closet One of the bedrooms has a small walkin closet There is an 8 foot by 8 foot section of storage in the basement that is available to tenants which is directly next to the washer and dryer hookups AppliancesIf you do not have your own stove and refrigerator we will provide one of each A new above the range microwave has also been ordered and will be installed prior to movein Washer and dryer hookups are available to tenants but the washer and dryer are to be owned by the tenants We were going to just purchase a new stove refrigerator but our previous tenants wanted to bring their own appliances so we decided to wait to see if the tenants that move in have their own before we buy them ParkingParking is available offroad in the driveway Depending on the size of the vehicle tenants should be able to fit 2 vehicles in the space they have in the driveway Outside the homeThere is not a ton of space for outdoor activities because the backyard is pretty small and is mostly used by the owner of the property Tenants can use the space outside but generally cannot fit more than 2 outdoor chairs in the space available to them Tenants could fit a bike or two in the basement but there is no outdoor storage space available to tenants Tenants may have a grill outside for their personal use but there is not sufficient space for them to entertain outdoors This lack of outdoor space is not a super glamorous aspect of the apartment but we wanted to be upfront UtilitiesThe only utilities included are the cost of municipal waste removal and water Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity bills These bills are managed through National Grid and National Fuel PetsAnimalsThere are no pets or animals of any kind allowed to reside inside or outside of the apartment RentLeaseThe rent is 135000 per month and will be for at least 12 months the length of the first lease agreement In order to enter the initial lease agreement the total amount due to secure the apartment is 270000 This amount includes 135000 for the first months rent and the security deposit of 135000 Lease agreements are to be in 12 month increments and no monthtomonth lease agreements will be considered Apartment Viewing During RenovationOur most recent tenants moved out at the end of March after being with us for over 5 years The renovations listed above are approximately 75 complete as of the time of posting this advertisement We are in no rush to rent the apartment so we intend on putting in a genuine effort to find a good fit for everyone involved We are willing to show the apartment to applicants prior to the renovations being completed but hope to have most items
