Pine manor is definitely a great place to call home and its a great place to raise a family I have lived here going on I believe 6 years now and I am very proud to call pine Manor my home and its very close to shopping centers and if u have a problem with something needed fixed in ur apartment they fix it right away I have been here along time and I only needed maintenance to come once to fix a problem so stuff doesnt break or go wrong with the apartment and the woman who is in the office is very friendly and professional and she always makes sure things get done around the complex and the maintenance guys are also very nice and they do their jobs they work very hard so if ur looking for a long time place to call home I would definitely come check out pine Manor apartments which is owned by barrington residential Im glad I did more ... hide ...

White and gay people are being unfairly targeted at this place I live here and they are unfairly targeting me making up lies saying that my apartment is dirty when it is clearly not I clean very well and vacuum all the time my apartment is immaculate in cleanliness I always passed my apartment inspection before until a new older Puerto Rican man took over the job as a new maintenance man he is clearly racist against white people and they office is as well it seems that white and gay people are being targeted here there is also mice running a muck I had bed bugs last summer I had to get rid of my new furniture and I wasnt even paid back for it they didnt do anything for the bed bugs nor the mice problem the people that run this building are like Nazis they are always prying into your business always wanting to come into your apartment sometimes barging in without even notice they are extremely intrusive and extremely rude when they come to visit you when they do their little inspections these people are horrible business owners they should not be working here this is a horrible place to live its a really shity place to live there is nothing wrong with my apartment I will not let those people in when they come on the 21st because what they claimed was a lie my apartment is clean they just want to try to drive me out of here because I am white and gay and theyre also trying to take advantage of me because of my mental handicap disability also they let people smoke weed in the apartment building you can smell nasty weed all the time and the thug Neighbors are constantly blasting their ghetto music oh yeah and this whole damn apartment building smells like s more ... hide ...

They have a phone number that is listed and the phone number doesnt work it always give me the disconnected service message no matter what time you call And youll receive a call from a different number and you have to leave a message because no one answers when you call back
