Place is going down hill due to management Management is incompetent and the work ethic is unprofessional Property management is rude unprofessional never on time does not leave a note on the door when out of office Changed hours without notice Can not make its mind what hours are available Property management is a bit threatening does not allow a person to speak Pathstone has a bad record of hired property managers that are reliable Maintenance is not being continual and work is not being done or complete No security officer No toilet seat covers Cannot use counter space at all can walk floor because its expensivennThere has been vandalism fires fires tenants have caused illegal activity and the people responsible have not been held accountable And most of all racism from managementnnTown and County are very rude cause a mess after they leave And cause tenant big convenience with bad accusations nnWe need professional and accurate management to maintain the upkeep of the property
