This is supposed to be a senior living facility I have said for many years that there should be security but there isnt People are always just opening the doors to anyone that come to be let in especially at night People smoke right in front of the door Theyre not supposed to but no one enforces the rule It smells like a nursing home because there are elderly people there that are handicapped but cant care for themselves They are supposed to have aidnurse help from the Elder One staff there but that doesnt always happen at least in a timely manner Elder One is a story for another timenTwo things that made me do this review are the garbage that over flows for days until pick up The dumpster is way too small for the apartment complex Also the Elder One transport vans They come to pick up drop off residents and they block up the parking lot There is now order to their parking Other residents that do not use the service cant be picked up in front of the door These are recently remodeled apartments they have a very nice office manager but those other issues dont make the apartments attractive more ... hide ...

I visited my friend at the 200 East Avenue Apartments for dinner Its a gated community and my friend let me in to park inside of the apartment complex There wasnt a signage at the parking lot indicating whether its for resident parking or visitor parking So I just parked in front of my friends townhouse Then the management company directly towed my car I fou 2019-07-07T01:51:02Z
I visited my friend at the 200 East Avenue Apartments for dinner Its a gated community and my friend let me in to park inside of the apartment complex There wasnt a signage at the parking lot indicating whether its for resident parking or visitor parking So I just parked in front of my friends townhouse Then the management company directly towed my car I found that my car was gone around 945pm and called the management company to ask where to get my car The guy who answered the phone was really rude and condescending He didnt answer my question on where my car was but instead giving me a 15 minutes lecture on how I violated their residents rights I tried to stop his lecture but he just kept on going Also he added that youd better to get your car quick Its 250 per day At the time he finally let us know where the towing company is it was already past 10pm Guess what The towing company closes at 10pm It was an infuriating experiencennUpdate My friend and I visited the leasing office to inquire about the parking rules Michelle couldnt explain the rules consistently When we asked for more information on parking she accused of us harassing her Also the management seems very poor and inconsistent My friend was initially assigned to the parking spot 18 Then the leasing office assigned 18 to another resident without any notice more ... hide ...

Amazing The staff is always on top of their game the residents are understanding and helpful the place as a beautiful exterior with a modern inside with splashes of the old building It is currently getting renovated to become more homey I looked into one of the new Ampt today and oh my goodness it is so cozy
